Minutes

Call to Order

7:15 PM- No Quorum Established –President

New Business

• Financial Report

• The HOA account is in good standing; about $50,000.00 currently in account and $16,000.00 outstanding.
• Successful in collecting the Assessment Dues.
• Previous unpaid accounts have been turned over to the Attorney for Collection.  To date the Association has recovered approximately 3,500 with pending amounts to be still collected.

• Neighborhood  Violations

• Violators of the Covenants will be notified as of 2/10/09 via Regular and Certified mail.

Old Business

• Neighborhood Master Plan

• Regularly scheduled Landscaping will be done throughout the subdivision.
• The parkway landscaping this year, will incorporate colors and new mulch beds to fill in the low level areas and grass seeding.
• Another sign will be added to the North entrance into the neighborhood, on Timber Lane and Haas Road.
• Additional smaller signs will be added, upon village approval, marking the entry into Hunt Club Woods Subdivision via Conlee Drive, Virginia Lane and Crystal Lake Drive.
• A cluster of floral beds will be added along Haas road.  The fence will be left alone as well as the brush growing on it.

• Website

• The new website is up and running.  It was designed to be user friendly.  We encourage the HOA members to refer to the website for current information regarding Hunt Club Woods.

Action Items

• Another Special Election Meeting will be scheduled.  Date to be determined.
• New location for the block party is being considered.
• Looking to set a date for the 2009 HOA Block Party.
