Annual Assessment
Fee
The annual assesmnet fee is $500.00 payable to Hunt Club Woods
Homeowners Association
Due Date
The annual assessment is due by
February
15th each year
Late Fees

If the annual assesment is paid after February 15th, an
additional $100.00 will be added to the assessment.

There will be a 1% finance charge added each month the
annual assessment remains unpaid.

Unpaid accounts will be sent to collections.

7.1
Assessment
obligation.
Every Initial Purchaser of a Lot (and their successors) shall, by
taking title to a Lot, be deemed to have covenanted and agreed to pay
to the Association annual assessments or charges and special
assessments for capital improvements and unforeseen expenses, to be
collected from time to time as hereinafter provided. The annual and
special assessments, together with such interest thereon and costs of
collection thereof, as hereinafter provided, shall: (a) be a lien on
the Lot against which each such assessment is made (commencing on the
date the annual or special assessment is levied and lasting until the
assessment is satisfied or waived by the Board); and, (b) be the
continuing personal obligation of the Owner at the time the
assessment fell due. A Lot owned by the Declarant or the Developer
shall not be subject to assessments.
