ADDENDUM

RULES AND REGULATIONS

FOR

HUNT CLUB WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Adopted and Effective this 6th day of October, 2008.

  1. Definitions

"Conservation Area" shall mean Lots A,B,C and D as depicted on the Plat for Hunt Club Woods(i.e. the open space areas.)

  1. Parking

Trucks, boats, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, mobile homes, trailers or other like vehicles (other than private automobiles) shall not be parked on the streets, lots, or the drives/driveways of a dwelling. Any and all such vehicles must be kept in the garage. The lots or the drives/driveways of a dwelling shall not be used for long term storage of any private automobiles. For purposes specifically of cleaning, maintenance and/or trip preparations recreational vehicles, boats and mobile homes may only be parked on drives/driveways temporarily for a maximum time period of 5 consecutive days and shall not exceed a total of 20 days in one calendar year. Prior to such purposes specifically for cleaning, maintenance and/or trip preparations recreational vehicles, boats and mobile homes each owner shall submit a request to the Hunt Club Woods Homeowners Association Board via Huntclubwoods.com or in writing of not less than 3 days for each specific request.

  1. Pets

Pets outdoors must be restrained at all times by a leash, electronic invisible fencing or other means so as not to be permitted to run freely off of the lots.
